With CHARLI, you can easily track your cycles and symptoms while receiving safe, personalised and evidence-based information whenever you need it – right at your fingertips.

When you have registered, simply bring your device with you to your appointment. Our team will scan your CHARLI QR code to securely confirm your identity. This replaces manual ID checks, helping you check in quickly so you can focus on what matters most – your care.

CHARLI uses encrypted technology and biometric verification to keep your information secure.  Only authorised Eve Health staff can access your QR code for appointment check-ins.

As part of your care here at Eve Health, you will receive complimentary access to CHARLI for 12 months.

Once you’ve downloaded CHARLI, please use the following code to upgrade your subscription in the app : EVE0126NY

Step 1 – Download & Register

Create your CHARLI ID by clicking on your initials in the top left corner and complete with photo, details and be sure to enable biometrics.

All of these steps are required so we can identify you correctly and sign you into the Eve Health Clinic.

Step 2 – Verify at Appointments

Bring your device; staff will scan your QR code and confirm your ID.

Step 3 – Rest Easy

CHARLI securely logs every check. Once you have downloaded CHARLI, we will link you at your first appointment.
