A holistic approach to women’s health
At Eve Health, we specialise in providing expert care and support for women going through the perimenopause and menopause transition.
Menopause is the natural biological process that marks the end of a woman’s reproductive years and is more specifically defined as the point in time when a woman has not had a menstrual period for 12 months signaling the cessation of her menstrual cycle.
“I am proud to be part of the Eve Health Menopause Clinic which aims to support women going through the physical and emotional changes that occur in both perimenopause and menopause. All women will go through this hormonal shift and each woman will experience it differently. Education and support at this time can reduce stress and improve symptoms. Furthermore, newer safer hormone treatments are now available.I think midlife women want to thrive and feel well and productive. In my 23 years of GP experience I have noticed that menopause care can be stressful and rushed due to time limitations. I hope that our Menopause Clinic can offer a supportive environment to carefully address midlife concerns and change the conversation from distress to informed decision making to optimise good health.” Dr Sam Kerr
