We are proud to have a dedicated, endorsed Nurse Practitioner (NP) on our team specialising in women’s health.
Our NP provides comprehensive care—from routine health checks, contraceptive management to weight management. She also offers a referral service referring to any one of our specialists right out of our Eve Health Clinic.
Our NP and specialists work side by side. Our gynecologists, fertility specialists and obstetricians are collaborating on care plans from the very beginning. It bridges the gap between initial consultation and advanced specialist care, ensuring all patients get the Medicare-supported review needed without any unnecessary delays, extra appointments or administrative stress.
The internal referral pathway I offer at Eve Health completely changes how we deliver specialist care. Instead of sending you back to an external GP just to wait for a piece of paperwork, I can directly connect you with our specialist team right here in the clinic and provide you a referral during our appointment.

About Samantha Costa – Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Nurse Practitioner Sam Costa is an experienced women’s health and fertility Nurse Practitioner and midwife, with a broad clinical background spanning primary health care, reproductive medicine, hormonal health, medical weight management, and sexual and reproductive health.
Sam also provides medical weight management within a strong framework of safe prescribing, careful clinical assessment, and long-term health maintenance. Where appropriate, this may include GLP-1–supported care, prescribed conservatively and in line with current evidence and regulatory guidance. Sam’s approach prioritises metabolic health, muscle preservation, nutritional adequacy, and sustainable lifestyle change, with a clear focus on weight maintenance and ongoing wellbeing, rather than short-term weight loss alone.
As the founder of CHARLI, Sam integrates advanced clinical practice with digital health innovation to improve access, continuity, and equity in women’s healthcare.
