Danelle Groenewald

B.Nursing, MCur Mid, Specialist Clinical Nurse

Danelle, one of our Clinical Fertility Nurse Coordinators, is a passionate and experienced fertility nurse who has practiced both locally and internationally. She specialised in midwifery and then moved on to the related, specialist field of fertility.

As a mother of two girls, she relates passionately to the desire of a woman wanting to birth and love a child of her own. She finds purpose and meaning working with and supporting women and couples during a vulnerable time when they most need understanding, guidance, encouragement and support.

After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Danelle has worked in numerous settings, including King Edward Memorial Hospital in Bermuda, since 2002. 

Her contact with women who had been through IVF treatment journey, observing their joy at completing the journey and becoming a parent, drew her to the fertility field.
